The starting point.
Faz Palau, a leading law firm in Tijuana, Baja California, needed to consolidate its digital identity. The starting point called for a professional web platform (fazpalau.com) to serve as a channel of authority and client acquisition, complemented by an active, strategic social media presence to connect with its local audience.
the difficulty
Why it wasn't obvious.
The legal sector is often perceived as rigid and traditional, which made it complex to design a modern interface without losing institutional gravitas. The challenge was twofold: build a web system with a dynamic panel intuitive enough for the lawyers to manage their own blog without relying on technical support, and sustain a highly competitive, consistent social media content strategy year after year.
how we solved it
Our approach.
We designed and built the full Faz Palau website from scratch, prioritizing clean architecture and an impeccable user experience (UX). We implemented a custom dynamic interface (CMS) for autonomous article and blog publishing. In parallel, we structured a long-term social media strategy built on educational, legal and trust-building content, which we have run continuously since 2023.
