the challenge
The starting point.
Carnicería La Blanquita, a brand with deep tradition and multiple locations across San Luis Potosí, faced the challenge of modernizing its communication and expanding its traditional sales channels into the digital space. The starting point required unifying the visual identity of all its branches on social media, refreshing how its products are presented in homes through packaging design, and taking the leap into e-commerce with a robust marketplace for selling meat online.
the difficulty
Why it wasn't obvious.
Traditional butcher shops rely heavily on the in-store physical experience (checking freshness at a glance). The challenge was carrying that trust and perception of top quality into the digital ecosystem. This meant solving complex logistical and technical challenges for a marketplace of perishable goods (variable weights, custom cuts and fast local delivery), while sustaining an active, warm and consistent social media content strategy for a brand with strong presence across the state.
how we solved it
Our approach.
We built a cutting-edge digital ecosystem that began in 2022. We designed and developed a custom e-commerce / marketplace, optimized for selling cuts and meat products with a checkout flow adapted to home-delivery dynamics. On the creative side, we standardized the visual identity with strong social media art direction — boosting local concepts like 'la Hora del Chicharrón' — and redesigned the packaging line to strengthen branding at the point of sale and after purchase. All of it driven by geo-targeted digital marketing campaigns to channel traffic both to the e-commerce and to their physical locations.
